Urban-Vault offers returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Certain products such as innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return. Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Delivery within India generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
Currently, Urban-Vault ships only within India. International shipping services will be introduced in the future.
