At Desviro, we strive to provide quality products and services to our customers. Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or delivered. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered (for physical products) or accessed/downloaded (for digital products/services), cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after verification and approval by Desviro. Eligible refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment through Cashfree Payment Gateway within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Transaction charges or processing fees, if any, may be deducted as per applicable policies.
Certain products or services may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Desviro reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy or in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.
